A high-performance life is created by how well you control your state of mind, by applying techniques for mental toughness, creative problem solving, leadership and personal effectiveness.

Beta brain waves are known as the waking consciousness and reasoning wave associated with a heightened state of alertness, logic and critical reasoning. Beta means fast thinking, generating ideas quickly and living in a high state of functioning. Ever get that nice healthy kick of adrenaline rush that is an increase of your beta brain waves.
When you're in a beta brainwave you naturally feel more goal oriented, at your highest level of focus, more energy, more positive thoughts
Although too much beta causes stress and clutter in your thought process ever had that “Alpha” moment of creative inspiration? This is when you have learnt how to switch on your alpha mind and get back into your state of “flow”.
Beta brain waves are important for effective functioning throughout the day, but they also translate to heightened stress, anxiety, paranoia muscle tension, increased blood pressure negative thoughts, and restlessness. Today’s society causes us to run on the beta brainwave all the time.

But who gives a shit right. That is all in the past, what matters now is my reaction to what I feel in my body now. My actions and processes moving forward in order to live a healthy fulfilled and successful life. Which brings me to Alpha brain waves.
Alpha brain waves are known as the deep relaxation wave, here is where tension and nervousness disappear as your brain’s thought process is calmed down; your mind becomes clearer the optimal time to program the mind for success and it also heightens your imagination, visualisation, memory, learning and concentration. The gateway to your subconscious mind. Here you have higher levels of creativity. Creative alpha – minders make up many of the worlds most successful entrepreneurs, they tend to be highly skilled problem solvers and love helping others succeed. Alpha brain waves create more positive, stable and balanced emotions and are even known to enhance your immune system.
Team, it's time to acknowledge how your body functions. Not to then use an excuse for your behaviour and actions. But to use it as a self-assessment in order to create the best path moving forward. An attitude adjustment is just what the Doc ordered.
Life doesn't just happen to you, you are the creator, you are in charge, you are responsible.
