Drop sets, German volume, explosive movements, gymnastics and nasty finishers will guarantee mission success in the training arena. 

And at home in the kitchen, my prefered method of a carb cycling nutrition plan, zero's in on maximum energy, performance and size. But it's not the only way, I standby to create custom plans as every individual varies.
